Just found out today, after receiving a “True $1 Rental” add from Hollywood Video (their attempt to fight Redbox), that Hollywood Video is closing many of its stores, including the Round Lake Beach location. It will be closed in the next six weeks, I believe she said over the phone. So if you’re looking to get some used DVDs cheaply, head on over and see what they’ve got. Best selection is now but better discounts will be later.
